Now this could just be me, but does anyone else think that Casey Biggs looks a little like Edward Winter (otherwise know as Colonel Flagg from M*A*S*H)?

You're right... there's a striking resemblance. I think it's the overall face shape that is most similar - the jaw-line, especially.
